“I Can Do It Like A Dude”
Maisy came to us in October 2021.
Maisy was rescued from a mass killing in Chefchaouen along with many other dogs. Fortunately, we were able to bring Maisy to safety in time and she escaped a terrible fate.
Maisy is an absolute buddy. She is simply an easygoing and relaxed “type.” Before her rescue, Maisy lived on the streets and occasionally kept a homeless person company. She also shared her bed with cats who snuggled up to her at night. Maisy gets along well with other dogs and loves to play. She is intelligent, and her missing eye doesn’t bother her at all. Maisy is also very popular with our helpers, who appreciate her wit and open nature.
Maisy was likely born in December 2020 and has been waiting since then for her soulmates to give her a chance at a life outside the shelter.
