“Mazzy Star”
Mazzy was rescued in August 2021.
Mazzy was found as a very young puppy, wandering alone on the streets of Chefchaouen and suffering from severe mange. She was almost hairless and clearly struggling, but she was brought to safety and given the care she needed to recover.
Today, Mazzy is a friendly, people-oriented dog with a wonderfully balanced character. She is medium-sized and has beautiful, spotted fur. Mazzy gets along very well with her kennel mates and knows how to communicate clearly with other dogs. With other dogs she sets her boundaries staright and confidently. Mazzy is not demanding and has a relaxed nature – far from being hyperactive. She enjoys companionship but is also content with quiet moments. Her uncomplicated personality and gentle, puppy-like spirit make her a wonderful match for many different living situations, whether with a family, retirees, or a single person.
Mazzy was likely born in July 2021 and has been waiting for her forever home for quite some time. She is ready to bring her calm joy and loyal friendship into a life beyond the refuge.
