Pania was rescued in 2023 after a local person brought her to us in a small box. She was extremely weak and suffering from a large open wound on her leg.
With a lot of dedication from the team at Beldi and our vet, Pania’s leg was saved. She still walks with a limp, but it doesn’t seem to bother her at all. Pania proved to be a true little fighter, overcoming the pain and hardships of her past on the streets and slowly beginning to thrive.
During her recovery, Pania showed incredible resilience and a gentle spirit. She lived with us at the refuge for almost three years, growing stronger and happier each day while waiting for the right family to find her.
That day finally came. Pania found a loving home in the Netherlands, where she still lives today — safe, cherished, and enjoying the life she always deserved.
