Triana

„The Big Lap Dog”

Triana was rescued in October 2024.

Triana was living on the streets and had already been part of our TNVT program when his life was suddenly put at risk. People wanted to get rid of him and contacted the police, asking for him to be killed. We reacted immediately and brought Triana to safety before it was too late.

Triana is a strong, loyal dog with a deeply affectionate side. He loves cuddles and attention and enjoys being close to his people. Despite his size, he happily sits on your lap as if he were a small dog. Triana can be cautious around Moroccan, unfamiliar men, especially when he senses uneasy intentions, but with respectful and calm people he shows himself to be a true cuddle bear.

He gets along very well with other dogs in his kennel and is social, fair, and confident in interactions. Triana walks exceptionally well on a leash and loves to work with his humans – sitting on command is one of his favorite things to do. His balance of strength, loyalty, and sensitivity makes him a wonderful companion.

Triana was likely born in January 2024. He is ready for a life where his loyalty is returned with stability, affection, and a place where he truly belongs.
